This poll has expired without reaching the necessary Quorum to enact the amendment. So the old spelling will stand. We now need to change the name of the minister of infrustructure to the Minister of Infrastruture in the various govenment reporting threads in order to remain compliant to the constitution

              (e) If more than 1/2 of the voters votes in favour of the Law, at least 1/3 of all Citizens vote in the poll and the Court does not declare the poll invalid, the Amendment is considered passed. All Citizens must from that time on obey it.

This excerpt from the constitution, on polling rules, under the Amendment section. Tells us we need to have at least 12.33--- citizens vote in a Amendment poll, but these boards are very slow, and I fear we might have trouble passing an Amendment
All rise of the honourable Miggio, for 2 months at least.
