everyone wants to start playing, but i don't see a whole lot of work to get the game set up. What exactly is the president allowed to do? who is in charge of public works? who takes care of city improvements? what goverment position covers trade, diplomacy, or science? Before we can start, stuff like that needs to be decided.

I assumed we would adopt the constitution from ctp2dg with a few ajustments. After reading over some of the acticles it seems it would work for ctp too.

yeh it looks good to me but we would need someone to reright it for ctp1. Theres some things in it ewe dont have in ctp. namly things like city swap. Bummer one of the things Il; ike in ctp2

It just so happens that the constitution is one of my favorite things to play with. But i'm not very familar with CtP, even though I own it, so if someone would be so kind to point me in the right direction as to what needs editing...
