City list

As shown in the CtP2 DG... we can't decide on a city list

I would like to suggest we take turns in naming cities.

i.e. Citizen 1 will name the Capital.
Citizen 2 names City 2.
Citizen 3 names City 3.

And so on and so forth until everyone has named 1 city. Then, Citizen 1 will name his 2nd city.

How does this sound?

Maybe we should all decide about the capital democratically? It is the capital, after all... But for the other cites that certainly sounds like a good idea.
