Stack should move 3 next turn if that archer moves 7. The following turn that archer either has to move 3 back onto the hill, exposing the scout for a free promo to one of our units, or they give up the high ground to our units. Either way works for us.
If the archer moves 1, however, (and it might fearing our stack could reach their city 2 and destroy it) take out that scout with whoever has 1 xp from the barbs.

Settler in AB next?
If not, the axe in FS should replace the fog removal axe, allowing it to get back up to AB for police duty.

When we have spare worker-turns we should try to road 6 and 6-9 of foxtrot so that they axe over there could respond quicker to any threats to FS/foxtrot.

Unnamed worker, I assume is going to chop again? Do we really need to? We're at 4-turn units? And will have a spare unit in the area to dual-protect any threatened city.
Perhaps we should wait and chop something a bit later...like a forge or maybe a library.

UnO: 6 and 6-9 of foxtrot? Are you sure that's what you mean? 6 is across the river and 6-9 is a mountain peak. Or are we not settling Foxtrot on the ruins?
Workers could also begin to road horses while we move the settler down, or chop some jungle. Don't really think chopping any more forest around FS is necessary at the moment either. Let's wait for something more important.
I guess another settler in AB is a possibility, otherwise I can only think of producing a workboat.

I was meaning FS, not foxtrot. This would put the fog removal axe a mere 2 turns from FS in an emergency.

Another settler first gets us back on track with expansion, but the workboat is viable, I agree. Just reminding you we'll need police to do the workboat.
