We are obviously not a warmonger state. It seems that we want to be friends with our neighbor AC and pursue science equally with them. This is fine and good but what do we want to do in the long term?
So far all we have is:
I really think we need to define a goal or strategy for how to win this game and how we interact with the our teams. The game is fluid and always changing, but a goal and strategy can help us get through crisis.
My 2 cents:
* For once I'd like to see a peaceful victory in a Multiplayer game. You know. Through culture, religion, science. But that is silly and not realistic. This game will be won through war. So, we need a military backed with science.
* This military should be used to protect our continent. (Snoopy369 has hinted that this game has multiple continents.) Since we have chosen to befriend AC this military should be used to defend 1 - Team Banana and its interests; 2 - our allies (AC); 3 - this continent.
* Science & Techs need to be pursued in order to strengthen our nation's military and culture.
* We should befriend one nation as our primary ally (AC). We should grow that relationship in all areas through the end game.
* Our relationships with other nations should be polite, but we should not be an open book to them. Ultimately they mean us harm and they should be delt with in like manner.
* I believe this continent should be made safe for the growth of Team Banana and AC; and made free of any other nations.
* This is meant to be fun.
* All decisions from techs & builds to alliances & wars should be looked at from these points (or whichever ones are chosen).
Any opinions? "Where are we going?" & "how are we going to get there?" is all that I am asking.
Also, if AC does not respond favorably to our ABCS tech agreement we need to find out how much of a friend they are and possibly find a different primary ally.
So far all we have is:
TEAM BANANA Missions Statement
to bring some much needed humor into the world of gaming
and still play seriously
