Bob'move:
As said 2 is the logical move. But, as Bob has time, I sugest a little trick: make up our mind if we want Bob to scout a little more to W or E (S indifferent).
If W: Bob 3, then 1, then 7 (to see all possible site'radius) then to W.
If E: ajustment according.
Next research: I think Animal Husbandry is the safe bet.
We have 1 cow, possibly two soon, and each improvment gives +1F +2H (and 1 health total, but that's not the point). Too good, to pass. And radius comes quickly (Creative).
Next build: settler; risky and questionable,of course, but I would go that way.
