DL = Double Login. Not allowed, but has been used in a prior demogame. Somebody created a second account, and joined another team. Thus the same person had access to both private forums. Bad news.

It's regrettable that we even have to worry about something like that, but it happened, ya know?

No worries, and don't force anything. Just know that participation is welcomed here, don't ever get thrown off because someone seems to know more of game mechanics than you. Demogames are way more complex than just knowing how to play the game, everybody is here to learn.
