After the patch is before the patch. The next one. Or before the expansion, which is just a big patch. We'll never going to start if following this logic. We could get this started now. The worst we would risk is a dual install for the turn players. Big deal with the size of modern hard disks.
Those who have fun playing, should play. Now.
Those who have fun waiting, can wait as long as they please. You'll be in the next game then, promise. After the final patch of the 2nd expansion, because then there will be no reason to wait anymore. Except perhaps for the next sequel. Never mind.Comment
