BF, why would you trade cities though? trading a city so that you transport troops? Out
Trading/gifting a city so that a team can survive as a vassal? I think it should be out, but some disagree.
Trading a city to a thrid party in war to give the war happiness when the original owners tries to take their former city back? Ought to be out IMO.
Trading cities on separate islands so you have your own island? Or what about trading far flung cities on the same continent for cities closer to each teams core? What is the difference? Both are border treaties, neither will transport troops, an OB could be signed. Both teams could be slain as there will always be a route of transport of troops to the cities, via either galley or across land.
Other city trades/gifts can have other effects on the game, and it is those that should be looked at.
