I believe we have reached agreement with Vox on the Horde adopting the bright red color.
Many Thanks to Jon Miller and the Voxians!"I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration." - Hillary Clinton, 2003

Hmm, playing w/XML, I have unlimited options
Okay. You all can have custom colors to the extent that they must be reasonably different from each other - but it allows multiple shades of blue, red, whatever.
Give me RGB/K values... ie, R=0.00-1.00, G=0.00-1.00, B=0.00=1.00, and Alpha (0.00-1.00) which is brightness as far as I understand.
I can test them out at will.
I'll also be modifying the Civ values, so anything in Civ4CivilizationInfos.xml can be edited ...<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

Lum. 120 <---this might be the Alpha value, not sure.
Let me know if you need more information.
Also, I think that GB's stuff is the standard RGB and not the RGBK, but the other is the HSL values. If you have a photoshop program, you should be able to input the values and then convert to the type that you want.

well, maybe they are just trying to use an easy to understand number for the XML?
Anyhow, I can gimp any given color or color value - maybe it's easier if you just paste a hatch of whatever color you want, and i'll use gimp to get it exactly.<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

Colors as of now, use your color mixer to look up if it's okay.
Code:No Team Color R G B ------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Mercs Black 0 0 0 2 GS Dark Blue 0 0 128 3 Vox Dark Red 128 0 0 4 Horde Bright Red 255 0 0 5 Banana Yellow 255 255 0 6 Sarantium Teal Blue 0 128 255 7 AC Pure Blue 0 0 255 ------------------------------------------------------------
A note regarding Russian color:
Red color is color of Kniazdom of Muscowy and current CoA
Green color is color of Czardom Russia, it has also been used for uniforms since adopting of uniform use (which was a deed of Pete we all know, if my memory serves me well)
If you look at colors of late imperial Russia you only get confusion cuz they're mostly copies of European, in particular - German, versions.-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

Here I have attached a list of colors ordered the same as the above list.
The two colors below white spot are an approximation fo russian uniform green (it was not exactly 0, 128, 0 IRL after all) and roman purple - 128, 0, 128.
(Alpha = 100 as it should be)
EDIT:Me bad, forgot the image..-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.
