Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Yeah, it does transport them to the nearest available tile (neutral, yours, or with ROP), and with movement intact.
Not as severe as Civ III teleporting by any stretch, but needed to prevent other exploits such as ROP rape. Arguably, the movement should be used up in the teleport.

I agree - it's nothing compared to the CivIII teleport. But it's still something we should consider/discuss and have a position on. It's a potential gray area, and since I happened to see it, I thought I'd bring it up.
I think I like your solution, UnO (burn the movement point).

PM Sent to snoop detailing the one exploit I know of.
Yes, I know an exploit. If you PM me nicely asking to explain what it is and how to figure out if someone on your team is using it, I will explain.
I disagree, any and all exploits (known and any found in future) should be made public knowledge. The main reason would be so that no one uses it accidentally.
Also, if it's something that is questionable as to if it truely is an exploit, it would allow the Teams & Admins to decide IF it is to be considered an exploit.
So, please let us all know what that exploit is, so that we know not to use it.

An intersite dg had a rule prohoibiting screen shot trades... for a game. And then it was promptly changed because it was a major pita to describe what could just as easily be shown.

My suggestion, based on past DGs, is to continue to ban screenshot trades until map trading is possible in game. It's certainly possible to do that fairly early on, if you want to go that direction (as with everything in civ4 )
GB, I also suggest no treaties until allowed by techs, enforcement being aeson and I reading your forums, and general agreement to behave in this manner.
I personally have no intent to "ban" roleplaying posts, and think that would be horribly damaging to the fun of the game; but don't let them become personal attacks. I fully intend to warn people who I personally feel are getting out of hand; I think a neutral party doing this should help people who otherwise are good, reasonable people to see that they're going a bit far. I've already PMed some about posts that were either bringing up stuff or being too snappy; I don't intend to do that often, but I think as long as people keep good thoughts in their heads, it should go fine.
Could the leaders of the game get together for a chat at some point on IRC? Particularly, say, this weekend? I think this is easier to chat than to forum, it is too slow this way
I'm entirely free this Sunday, for example. Some time around 2, 3pm central time (that's 8pm or something GMT?) would be good perhaps - can each team get a member, either a leader or someone who can be empowered to make decisions and is at least fairly experienced in DGs, to the IRC room at that time?

I severely disagree, and actually, I take issue with your having an opinion on the matter.
