    It's not a thread at first, but a book (don't recall the author tho) but a little quote of it you can find in Vels' Guide for Sid Meiers Alpha Centauri.

      the number of the teams doesn't matter for me

      but if there are many teams (say more than 10) we may do two games - like the C3C ISDG
