  • Let's just ask them if they need some helping hand

    • I think Vox doesn't want to sour AC-GS relations, but they rather have their cities captured by us instead of GS...

We could ask GS if they know any reason why Vox suddenly did this. Remember the previous turn which took almost a week on Vox' part was such an "important turn for Vox".

      • It was in part due to fact their main turnplayer, emperor, did not receive the save.
This also means they don't do a lot of discussion in forum.

More info from GS is always nice.

        • I think they blame us in part for not trading with them, but understand that we had little choice with the situation as it is. They hate GS more than us, so much so that rather than do a scorched earth they'll do anything (even this) to get us involved and give us legitimacy in moving south, taking cities, expanding our territory etc. If we do it right GS will eventually lose however many floodplains they have.

I'm not sure how much advantage we should take from it, like you say we run a risk of souring relations with GS (also something Vox might desire). At the very least it gives us a good pretext for setting up our chucks guarding the mountain range from a vox attack.
