Thanks Blake. Cats are only 40h in Vanilla, so not too expensive. We have 6 cats at the moment (one in EotS, one in Wines as garrison, 4 near The Voice). I suggest we whip one more in Wines (can invest 9 hammers in it this turn - perfect for 2 pop whip). It will take 7 turns to get the cat from EotS to The Voice. So having an extra Cat whipped in wines next turn is not a bad thing.
As for spears... Moscow can produce 2 HAs (or equivalent in HA/chariots) every 10 turns on average. We only have 2 spears atm. I think at least one more will be helpful so that we can counterattack HAs and defend effectively on the flat. Basically I'd advocate one spear for home defence, one spear to defend/counterattack at The Voice (once captured) and one spear to escort the Cats and CR axes to Moscow.
So my proposal is:
EotS: Spear (4 turns)
Wines: Cat (whip next turn for 2 pop and 29h overflow)
Taz: Skirm (we have 22h overflow now, so we can get it in 3 turns if we work fps, or next turn if we work plains forest - I suggest working fps since we have just enough happiness to do so)
In addition, move worker inside Vox territory to begin roading (and escape HA). Move spear from Taz towards the road hub, move Neville into Wines, promote Liverpool (wines garrison) to CG1.
I'll play this in 60 minutes if I hear no objections.
