I assume you have to include a "Patient when some dude is slowing the game down" clause in there somewhere.

I assume you have recently arrived from a festering hive of "HWO DO U PALY DIS GAEM!!!!!!" n00bs and are in need of humor to cure the trauma caused, Golden Bear?

Or are my misaligned diplomatic policies what's so funny?
My Diplomatic policies are thus:
1. Forget the score and victory conditions, the team that must be removed first is the one that takes twice as long to play the turn as its nearest rival.
We may lose, but at least we lose before Civ V is released!
2. If it posts, troll it
3. If it doesn't post, troll it for being a lurker
4. In absence of available trolling, spam until trolling becomes available
5. Diplomacy is a minigame that distracts us from the true purpose of multiplayer: Exchanging witty comments along the lines of "My Catapults Pwn j00" and "All your Cow are belong to us"
6. Co-ordinate complex strategic plans with allies both temporary and permanent, then at a critical moment in execution do something unexpected and say that "You were High/Drunk and Roleplaying".
7. Anyone with a computer that can't run Civ 4 smoothly shall be considered "teh n00bs with teh computer from like teh last millenium" and will be told that "ur comp is not 1337, get off teh intranets"
8. Excessive grammar and spelling mistakes, stupid questions, participation in a 'playing while drunk' thread and other such stupidity will result in the poster being flamed. I am immune to flaming myself for some reason.
9. Civ 4 is about fun, and being a trollin' spammin' trash-talkin' turn-pusher that creates chaos for no reason is fun.
10. Invent nonsense, feign all of teen angst, emo, maturity, immaturity, sincerity and playing devils advocate so that people are too confused to be openly resentful of that trollin' spammin' trash-talkin' turn-pusher.

Be Serious about your Game and Toy with the Players. It's easier to be serious about 1s and 0s, and people are more fun to play with.
