Per a PM from Markos, The same icon can be used, ONLY IF a team is willing to dump their old forum in exchange for the new forum, AND you have to have the same memberlist - meaning any old members would need to be deleted if they're not on the current team. Hence, to make Markos not do too much work, I'd ask for a new icon for each team (Vox's slightly adjusted icon is a great example).
