Before I go to bed... interestingly, my IP changed around 2am (around when the problem started). Perhaps the dyndns ip change didn't take effect properly... it claimed to have updated at that point (2am) but mayhap the dns servers didn't propogate that normally. I thought dyndns.org handled that part (ie, it got to them, then it forwarded essentially) but I 'm fairly not knowledgeable about these things.

Try 65 42 95 213 and see if that works. Also check if snoopy369.dyndns.org maps to that (ping snoopy369.dyndns.org)

You also need the :2063 still, immediately after 213 (.213:2063)

Can't connect with the direct IP adress, I guess it has changed.
The ping is not responsed too.

¿Have you tried http://www.no-ip.com/ ?
I am currently hosting two pitboss (warlords and final frontier) and it works perfectly for them.

Dyndns.org does roughly the same thing, and usually is fine... it's probably not at fault here if the direct ip didn't work. I'll reboot my computer now, that typically fixes it.

My IP changed three times overnight, which is really strange. (This would be SBC's fault, not Dyndns's) I think that's related to the trouble, but i'm not sure.

Apparently some people have connected using the normal dyndns address (the ip above obviously is dead now since it's changed several times since then). I made a save now at 14 hours to go. If anyone is going to have trouble playing today let me know and i'll make sure you're able to play.

I very much doubt that Southern Cross will be able to complete it's turn today. There is 10 hours on the clock and this is the first time we have been able to connect to this game since the new turn ellapsed. Sunday is notoriously quiet on Poly so I really doubt things will click into place in such a short time. Having said this we will, as ever, do our best!

I'm guessing that the other 5 teams who also haven't played may also be in the same boat ...........

I play Strategems turns and I have been unable to connect to this game since the 19th. Could somebody please give me the correct IP and can the host please reload the 19th turn.
