According with CivStats, snoopy is not playing since the 6/24/08 (he missed the last 8 turns, including the current turn),

and the same for Stratega since the 7/8/08 (he missed the last 3 turns, including the current turn).

I am going to convert them to an AI, from the next turn, while waiting their come back.

Do not EVER convert my team to an AI. This is not an acceptable solution in a demo game.

Surely it must be better than doing nothing at all? And by not playing the turns you're holding up the game for the other teams...

We agreed to the turn timer length at the beginning of the game... this isn't PBEM where one team holds it up for months.

And yes, it's worse than doing nothing at all. I typically plan 10-15 turns out ahead of time, so that if I miss even 10 turns, my empire still goes on fine (unless i'm at war, of course).
