Nowhere actually, I had to make a quick decision when I saw a mandatory option for the number of peaks yesterday and the default value was groups up to five. I can't find a reason why we should waste valuable space with lot of mountains while we practically play on large islands. And a new poll would delay the game for days I guess.

Anyway do you want mountains? And how many?

Personally I don't care what settings we use as long as we end up with the settings that were voted and agreed upon by all teams, but I speak only for myself, not my team, nor the 70+ other players who have signed up for this game.

My point is that it would be nice if all the behind the scenes discussion was done in public, prior to it being enacted, so IF someone had an objection they could voice it before the game was started and were faced with raising an objection and possibly stopping the game.....

I appreciate all the efforts you have put into setting this game up Keygen, just would like to be kept in the lopp as much as possible.

Personally I believe that very few have played around with Planet Generator so if anyone has an objection and want mountain in groups up to five say it now. Note that each team will have its own island/continent and the game will have to be reset anyway since no planet generator was used and most important it is continents and not archipelago (snaky continents) as most teams voted for.

Having said that I don't mind what settings are used, providing they keep to the spirit of the agreed upon settings, I think that some mountains 'should' be present. They are an element of the game and should remain so............

The game Elucidus setup is Continents.

We voted for Archipelago (Snaky Islands) using Planet Generator. Since Planet Generator is different from the in-game map generator there's no direct Archipelago option but a close one is 11 Continents, one for each team.

I used planet generator, and I put the settings you asked for...
maybe that is why it isn't version 1 yet.

Also when I set up civstats, I only thought of the 11 continents, since there is no archepeligo, or however you spell it, option in the script. So I put continents in civstats. Technically that is what they are.

I am not an idiot, I set up the script exactly how you spelled it out Keygen. And you spelled it out letter-by-letter, with bold and underlines, like I am some sort of idiot. And now you assume I messed everything up. You also assume it is a continents map. I don't appreciate it. I made this map, something like 5 times, so I will admit a mis-click could have occurred by the final time, but don't treat me like a moron!

If it didn't work I apologize. I have never used that script before, figured you guys did.

If you want it redone, I can do that, but I won't do it again so make sure it is the settings you want, or better give me the map you want to play on, so we can avoid all of the bullcrap.

I sacrificed a lot for this game. I was going to participate in a team, and now I can't, thats the big one. Not to mention it is running on my computer and my internet, I don't deserve to be treated like this by you, Keygen. In fact, the only reason I am still hosting this game after your constant condescending contact with me, is because their are other players involved..

Next time, Keygen, if there is a next time, gather your information before you jump to conclusions. It will be better for all involved.

I would call it Archipelago since the respective option for Planet Generator would be a large amount of continents but I guess that is a matter of interpretation.

This is more trouble than it is worth and I don't need to feel like I am being attacked at every opportunity. I can counter everything you say with an example and technicalities too, but I am 32 years old, I left childish things behind when I grew up. Find someone else to host your game, good bye.

Anyway, I don't need to make excuses for my behavior, sure I can be a little sensitive at times, anyone can, but I also go out of my way for people. I wasn't going to quit, but you see I realized that while doing this I don't deserve to be harassed about every little thing. I was never asking for anyone's appreciation, just their respect.

I apologize to everyone, including Keygen. This is due to personal differences between he and I. I am sorry this happened, especially at the dawning of the game, but I will not allow myself to be in a situation where I will be mistreated.
