I also asked Krill if we could get an official pause should Templars & Imperio continue to not respond.

Krill has made his ruling. 16 hours per team, Rb->Templar->Imperio order, Templars can end their turn early, and if Templars don't move during their 16 hours they forfeit moves.

Pretty poor form for Templars and Imperio not to respond to the question. But it's good that we now have a sane double-move rule.

Thanks Krill for the ruling and thanks to Templars and Imperio for helping to thrash this one out. We may be on competing teams, but it's good to know we can still get together and cooperate like this.

Templars have now responded. I started typing an angry answer telling them off for waiting 2 days to complain, but just deleted my post. So long as the rule is in play I don't see further debate being useful.

Way too late. Krill asked the question on 21st April, it is now 24th april, the other teams having ignored the debate and ignored another deadline. It's just ridiculous. I'm not going to say anything in the public forum - the rule is there. If Krill wants to explain his ruling then that's fine but he doesn't have to and the teams agreed to abide by any rules he makes.

Well as the poster of the original suggestion, I felt slightly obliged to explain some of our reasoning to them. But I did gently point out that his question about alternative methods and debate is a bit moot with no-one suggesting anything else....
