Right, team, Sullla hasn't logged in here for 24 hours so we need a new turnplayer. I'm ruling myself out, so can someone please volunteer.

Thats next turn (T130), no?
This turn everything is peaceful.
Also keep in mind that the C6 tile currently at 51% RB should have flipped to us. It is a mystery why it hasn't done so. If it refuses to flip to us next turn, everything is peaceful throughout T130, as Imperio can move their army to C6 without DoW.

1) Imperio keeps the disputed cultural tile. Rb moves first. They DoW and move in at the end of the turn.
Outcome: RB has initiative and smashes their stack.
2) Imperio keeps the disputed cultural tile. Rb moves first. They DoW right after we move and move in. Both moves are during the first 24 hours.
Outcome: It sounds like RB could hit the Imperio stack during the DoW turn, but DoW+1 is a free for all. We would need to hit during the DoW turn AND do it during the first 24 hours, otherwise Imperio would gain iniative for at least one turn.

No, as long as we ended our turn, we clearly moved first so this order would be maintained. It's not relevant whether Imperio declares within the first 24hrs of a previously peaceful turn.
There could be a grey area if we are at peace, move some units without ending our turn, then they declare war but don't end their turn.

@sunrise - can you move our units today to cover the cities as you feel appropriate?

I'm 100% confident that T-Hawk will do a better job playing and reporting during peacetime than I will. As long as the turn timer tick-over point is fairly predictable (is there some sort of way to track it outside of civ?) I'm happy to play the opening moves of each turn. A workable system may be to allow me the first 15 minutes of the turn and then T-Hawk or Soooo can take over the worker moves, etc, and finish within the first 24 hours.
Really, as long as RB gets 24 hours to do our thing this will hopefully be a lot of fun.
EDIT: Other than the risk of a diplo hit, that's would be a great idea M_H.

I do have Internet access now, and can play if desired, but I certainly can't adhere to a strict timetable for playing like I usually do. Given the extremely sensitive nature of the situation here, I would really suggest letting T-Hawk (or any of our capable players) take control of the game for the next few days.
FYI, I am not worried about Imperio's stack. I'm confident that we can gain initiative, use our siege units, and smash their stack into the ground. However, I worry greatly that Templars will declare war on us at the same time, and effectively ruin any chance of our winning the game.
Well, if that does happen, we will absolutely give those teams bloody hell, even as they gift-wrap the game to PAL on a golden platter.

For the current turn, should we whip Elephant instead of Worker at SF?
If there is a serious danger of Templars attacking soon, we'll loose ivory. Also, what is the view on whipping elephant in Pink?
PS Don't forget to switch research to Drama. It's only a few beakers, but it still helps and the argument for lightbulbing Philosophy is very convincing.
