Assuming we're going to send this, would we not be better off leading them along until we're ready to attack and then let our actions speak for us? This to me is a big nono. It telegraphs our move and shows them the true extent of our most excellent intel. Two big mistakes imo.

Whatever is sent it needs to be something that will elicit a reply from PAL that combined with our intel can convince anyone that they were in desperate need of attacking. That way the others that are around us won't feel threatened by us since they are playing nice, which PAL was not.

So whatever we send it should be a set up for a BS answer imo.

I don't even like telling them we're 31 turns out. Any way around that and still get back damning evidence?
