Alright, wait a minute. I thought I had a concrete understanding of what transpired, but it sounds like I was off on a turn or two. Serves me right for figuring things out when I'm tired.
In 525 BC PAL should have gone first, and did, as I understand it. They had violated no rules at this point. Thus, 525BC is certainly too far back, unless we are trying to allow PAL to retake the first move in the turn.
Failing an actual admin for the game, I seem to be stuck with that ... so I will propose two options. Geo/Rabbits and Tony/PAL have first say - if they agree on a solution, proactively, then that is the solution. Otherwise, it will be up to the teams jointly. To simplify things, I suggest you all just send me your opinions and I'll use the appropriate set based on the outcome.
OPTION 1: Reload to 475 BC, Rabbits play first in the turn, and thereafter first (barring them giving up the initiative by not playing the turn prior to 24h, or other valid reasons). This is slight advantage to Rabbits, but is also what should have happened based on the 500 BC occurence.
OPTION 2: Reload to 500 BC, PAL plays first on that turn, and thereafter first (barring same). This is back to the turn order pre-500 BC.
I'll take it down tonight when I get home and will give teams 24 hours to PM me (one vote per team, PM me with your team name in the PM).<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
I like your SNOOPY POSTER! - While you Wait quote.

This is surely the correct place to restart the game.

This is a joke, either the moves are played EXACTLY as they were last time, or the game is loaded back only 1 turn when the rules were broken for the first time. Turn 94 was so long ago I can't remember it 100%, but we attacked your units ... How in gods name can you move them back this turn? And if we attacked your units, how could we have moved after we ended turn? What could have been left to do? Workers?
Last time on turn 94 you moved into our attack, this time they are allowed to move home?
Load the save to something more sensible, as I said before, not being allowed both cites is stupidly unfair on PAL, as we only didn't get to move in 24 hours because the turn tracker was down, but not getting the first city is just plain retarded!!
What is the issue with loading turn 96?
Anyway, who is game admin? If we don't have one maybe somsone like Krill who has been overlooking the game make a decsion; this is silly repeating myself agian and agian ... This is not fair on the other teams either so someone make a call.
On a side note it seems Cres and Indian Smoke will be PAL's turn players ... I'll fill them in on whats been happening, once we reach turn 98ish.

The only way you guys would get me as game admin was if you all agreed to me as game admin and I agreed to do it. As it is, the only way I'd agree to do it was if my word was final, but I doubt that anyone would agree to that. You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

We'd like to start with the case, if the other teams agree to you being the game admin.

RE-EDIT:
According to screenshot posted on page 1 of this thread, Rabbits presented evidence of PAL breaking a rule by moving after hitting End Turn in 550BC. So giving Rabbits first move in 525BC sounds fair, unless you want to reset all the way back to 550BC, giving Rabbits a chance to respond to PAL's move.
PS Unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as Swiss' post above), any opinions posted by RB members such as myself represent our personal opinions, and not the position of RB as a team.Last edited by Zeviz; January 6, 2009, 15:13.

Zeviz, the screenshot Zoid posted on page 1 is from turn 525 BC.
Snoopy, I sent you a PM explaining the Rabbit stance.

Evidence? A picture of our stack with a silly black arrow on it? In all honesty I can't remember the turn too well, but I can't see any logical reason why I would move after ending turn ... There is no advantage.
Can I get a screen shot of when that stack wasn't there and PAL ended turn?
If we are going to load this turn, then PAL must play first, in which case there will be no differance in outcome (regarding the first city), so why not just load it back 1 turn and save everyone 48 hours?
Anyway we are happy with Krill as admin, someone has to do it, as I said before I am tired to saying the same thing over and over.

And the advantage was clear, you got that army to Valley Hutch a turn sooner.

On the screenshot you see the following elements: *PAL notification below, meaning you ended the turn. A road NE of Heliopolis with at least 6 units on it. The red dot below indicating Caerbannot has made all its moves with free units and ready to finish the turn. Above, the turn and year, with underneath it the time still available on the timer. And since there's only 2 plots between Valley Hutch and the location of your army somebody must have moved that army, otherwise Valley Hutch could never be attacked and conquered at the onset of 475 BC.

OMG, finally it all makes sense. I must admit I was a little confused up to this point … It is clear where this claim has stemmed from … Rabbits limited understanding of the game.
There was no advantage of moving the stack after we had played the turn … IT DOES NOT GIVE US AN EXTRA TURN …Please think before you post!
This is what happened … Your stack got destroyed …then we roaded with 2 workers, as chariots have 2 for movement it means they can take the stone hill … THEN WE ENDED TURN! You said yourself; our stack was already there when you ended turn (and our chariot was on the hill). THEN THE NEXT TURN THE SAME 2 WORKERS ROADED THE TILE EAST OF THE STACK, WHICH MEANS WE CAN ATTACK WHEN WE DID!
SO WHAT THE F*** DID WE DO AFTER WE ENDED TURN? We had no more workers to move, so what could we have done?
As I have said for the 5th time now, Krill has access to the saves and our private forum, he will rubbish this claim when he gets time.
You guys are so bad! Play like morons all game, last in science, last in cites, last in army too now. So you’re looking for a technicality.
GEO you being the turn player makes perfect sense! Please stick to single player!
Maybe name calling is not called for, but it’s so annoying arguing and delaying the game (and making me quit from it) over a lack of basic game knowledge. WTF, you guys seriously don’t understand roading with 2 workers and moving units on it?
Is there a rule against fraudulent claims?
SO APART FROM THE DOUBLE MOVE, WHICH WAS DUE TO THE TURN TRACKER BEING DOWN, NO RULES WERE BROKEN. SO AS I SAID LAST WEEK RELOAD THE SAVE 1 TURN! EVEN THIS IS IN YOUR FAVOUR BUT SO BE IT, I’M TIRED OF ARGUING.
EDIT:: What annoys me more is that silly screenshot, which was "evidence"? And people saying "Rabbit have posted evidence"? It's just a random screenshot with a silly black line, nothing more!
GJ guys!Last edited by tonyciv4; January 6, 2009, 18:16.
