    Team Setup Poll #2 Pt 3 : Map type run-off!!!!

    OK, the map poll ended in a draw between Terra and Archipelago with Snakey Continents.

    We are now in a run-off situation between these two.

    THIS POLL CLOSES IN 2 DAYS FROM NOW!!!!

    As the first poll vote was somewhat diluted with non team leaders voting we shall proceed with voting by PM.
    Could all teams gather their votes in their private forums and keep them to themselves for the time being.
    Once I have posted The Rabbits vote in this public thread, could all team leaders please send their teams decision to me by PM.
    Once I have received all team votes, or the vote period has expired, I will post the submitted team votes as quotes so all can see that everything is above board and legitimate.

    Team leaders, please gather your teamies in your private forums and decide whether you would like :

    Terra

    or

    Archipelago - Snakey Continents


    Please remember that the map will be reviewed and tweaked by a human mapmaker before we get to play on it so all will be as fair and interesting as possible.......

    I will endeavour to post The Rabbits vote within 24 hours from now, so all other team leaders have a further 24 hours to submit your team votes to me via PM........

    Once I have posted our map choice, please PM your team map choice to me, or if you aren't worried about disclosing your vote before other teams, then post it here for all to see.

    Once I have all team choices by PM, or they have been publicly posted, or the vote timer has run out; I will post quotes of the submitted PM's for all to see, and hopefully we will have a decision on the map choice........

          Do we require the team captains who have decided to PM their decisions to post something along the lines of "PM sent" in this thread?

          It would make it much easier for those of us watching from the sidelines.....
          I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

            Not a bad thought Nugog!!!

            I won't 'require' them to do anything other than PM me their team vote, or post it here publicly if they wish, but I will post that I have received a teams vote if sent a PM. This will help all see that I have received and acknowledged a teams vote, and other teams may see if we are all waiting on them for a decision to be made.

            The Templars have submitted their PM.......

                  If Terra wins, one of the recommendations made by joncnunn was that the new world only be reachable by caravel - ie not by galley. Not sure I have seen a Terra map where the new world was reachable by galley, but if it was, some civs would have an early and huge advantage, depending on geography.
