I could be wrong, but I think that Chuckman is taking the view that it would be "fairer" to either not have them, or have them in every game - that way one of games with them turn on will not "distort" the results/rankings etc etc.I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die. -

I voted yes, and I hope they feature in future games here. The events are mostly benign, and a good player will prepare for the bad ones and manage the good ones better than other players would. So as more iterations are played out it'll simply be another way for players to distinguish themselves.Comment

I vote no. Two of the events can lead to Golden Ages and early on that could unbalance what everyone could access. Just my $.02"Pain IS Scary!!!"
