...Submarines can withdraw from combat. this means that they will shoot once at an enemy then retreat. in order to do this you must tell me that you want you subs to withdraw after the first attack...

...I would kill your empty transports first then your battleships will take thier first hits then the subs will die then the destroyers would sink then the battleships then the loaded transports.

lol, why i guessed right :
1. Just made sense
2. Like a&a, uknes2, and pretty much every war game except risk
3. I would assume they would be the same as destroyers, the other small ship (i noticed you also left out transports, which also probably cost 10)
