Actually i wondered that myself, i think theres something wrong with my game, cause i actually checked if i had one before i attacked them, and it said i didn't, its done that with a couple other people too, weird, oh well.

well it stopped doing it finally, nobody will sign a right of passage with me anymore, even after 300 years, they all say its because of what i did with the aztecs, maybe i looked at the diplomacy screen, and since there are 16 nations, maybe the aztecs weren't on it, i don't think i knew how to change the face when i first started, but i haven't had that problem since.
