Oh, I understand now. That stack of veteran frustrated poets from one of FPs earlier posts was in fact a group pic with the GS team
"The only way to avoid being miserable is not to have enough leisure to wonder whether you are happy or not. "
    --George Bernard Shaw
A fast word about oral contraception. I asked a girl to go to bed with me and she said "no".

      Outstanding Nathan!

Rhyming 'Pox' with 'Vox' was the best bit!

Ok, we can all agree that GS can use "flowery" words, but they have not responded as to why their second warrior lookout/scout commited suicide instead of fighting.

So far the casualties for GS/Vox are:

GS: 2 (Warriors): 1 death by battle, 1 death by fright.

Vox: 1 (Immortal): 1 death by battle

        EDIT: Updated current casualties.

Vox, one immortal killed by a war chariot. Guess what that means? Our strategy of depriving Moe the Morbid of the combat experience he would need to stand up against our war chariots worked perfectly.

And how, prey tell, did you manage this supposed act against our Immortal? Hmmm? Talk is cheap, lets see some action to back up your claims.

We're sending some men to pick up the sword that the immortal dropped and inspect it for harmful biological agents.

Isn't Vox in its Golden Age too?

Ohh wait... they're still in Despotism, so most of the added production and commerce will be put to waste by the "standard tile penalty".

Who says the warrior commited suicide? There are plenty of other solutions. Last report we heard, he is swimming back home
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

                                Grog's eulogy from Vox:

Yes, Grog was there, tending his sheep,
Having fun with them, and getting his sleep.

He was fat and lazy, not much to do,
Then war arrived, and Eli too.

So storms may rage, and winds may swirl,
But the real truth is - Grog fought like a girl.
Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war .... aw, forget that nonsense. Beer, please.
