Yes, we a still 'in hiding'; The Vox group was supposed to depose to old regime, the evil one, and install a new one that consisted of non-evil Luxians, but Vox decided that it would be best if they just 'ran things'! We are still waiting to be installed as leader's of our people, wherever they are.
