    It's a reward for outstanding service to the country, and is given to people who have had a great impact on their communities.

    Dozens of people are awarded it every year on the Queen's birthday.

                        Vel, you'll have to join our "Gathering storm" CivGroup in order to get to our private forums. Use the link at the site top. Our team captain (NYE) will approve your joining (may take a couple of hours) and then you'll be listed and able to go to the private forum (and wear our team chevron ).

                              Our team's players have a frightening reputation, but fortunately there are many excellent players on the other teams. This should be very very interesting.

                              It'll be interesting to see how the best SP players (and I don't include myself in that btw) adapt their tactics to an MP game.
