Why the stack movement buttons fails to work making necesary repeat; sometimes same types units were grouped partially? Somebody coukd explain details about how to use correctly because I am newbie.
Thanks Gladys Costa Rica
Yes it can be a bit annoying can't it. The best bet is to activate all the units first, then they'll all travel at once. Or at least do that to the ones left behind. I haven't quite figured out why it works that way, but I know activating first will prevent it. I hope they fix that in the next patch.
I find this EXTREMELY annoying. Even if I've had units stacked together since the beginning of the turn, they may fail to move together as a stack. Before PtW, I don't remember having problems with stacked movement (using the 'J' command).
One solution I've come up with is: Use the "Fortify All" command, then use "Wake All". Now, move them as a stack. Usually works for me.

Yes, I never thought of that. There have been a few times where I was cursing the lack of an "Acitivate All" command, but I guess your way is better than Shift-select at least. Thanks.
I find this only happens if units pass within 1 tile of an enemy, e.g. a stack of ships moving past a barb-occupied coast. I then have to take them past two at a time.

I think there's a preference to halt auto-moves when encountering an enemy unit that is set as the default.
Then again, I'm at work, unable to double-check, and not 100% certain of this.
