      Okay, it looks like clicking "Small Wonder" and saving it works fine.

      Oh, there is one small change that has to be made: the Civilopedia entry still says it allows all civs to build nukes.

        Doesn't seem to work that way, or am I just dumb? When I try to resave my old mod, then I get a file with all the rules of it, hence no new civs, no new units, etc visible in the mod file... will I have to redo it manually then?
