why haven't I heard anyone either here at poly or at CFC talk about it?

they got some graphics left over from the dinosaur disaster game. That's why
Besides that, I think there are more civ players than on the poly and cfc forums. There are only about 5000 active people on the forums, while over 5000000 people bought the games. (games = plural = civ1,2,3)

Could it be that no one but Firaxis, who wants to bundle junk they already have, care about dinos?
I dont want a dinosaur scenario I just want the animations to add to my mod. I want T. rex to eat my enemies after I discover molecular biology
We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

This looks better and better! I really look forward to PTW! But tell me: do we have an exact (more or less at least...) release date? I've heard "before christmes" but do we have any more?

All we know so far is October, and they're reaching beta right now: so I think they're gonna make that deadline ( end of October).

Well, then I just hope for a world-wide release, although I doubt it...

Lawrence of Arabia: There are screenshots on the site. Just click on the link that says "All Screenshots...".

jsw363: The new civs are listed in the article, and you can see them all in the "Player Setup" screenshot.

CyberShy: It is possible to move units of the same type as a stack, but AFAIK, we cannot use stack movement for different types of ground units together, even if they have the same movement rate. So the question is, did they add this for just naval units, or for ground units as well?
