truth be told, I didn't really get the tin for the extras (and I never heard of these so called broken promises. please tell). I just got it 'cause I'm a civ fan at heart (though I got introduced with SMAc and never REALLY got into civ2 which I got later. so sue me). Isn't that why we should be getting LEs?
