Who cares. Doesn't seem like the patch adresses too many issues. More like "Lets tweak the game's minor issues." than "Lets fix the drastic problems!"

My ISP is down (something about paying the bill...damn). So I saved the file to disk and will play the turn at home. If the ISP is still down (communist pinko b*stards), then I will send tomorrow morning.Comment

Okay! I got my new computer at school, installed PTW, installed the 1.14 patch, fixed the font problem, set up Outlook Express, and now I'm ready to go!

Yes, after such a long time waiting for my computer everything was finally ready this afternoon. I had a two hour break before my last class so I installed Civ3 and fixed the font problem. I then took my turn for this game and the other PBEM game I'm playing. Luckily I'm in the corner of the teachers' room and no one can see what I'm doing unless they walk over and take a look.
Again, sorry for holding up the game but from here it's smooth sailing.Formerly known as Masuro.
