    "No Barbarians" means no goody huts. "Sedentary" means goody huts without barbarians. Flandrien said "no ruins or barbarians" in the PM he sent to me, so I assume he meant "No Barbarians".

    Honestly I don't know what he meant by "no ruins". Flandrien, can you clarify (both the barbarian/goody hut and the ruins issue)?

    I guess I will wait for his reply on this, unless the other three players say I shouldn't waste any more time and go ahead with the settings I mentioned in my previous post.

        Ruins = goody huts
        (It is a call to power term for it)

        Goody huts are too much of a lottery for me to like them.
        (I hate it when I get barbarians from my first goody hut, 2 squares away from my still undefended capital.)
