just something inbetween: we've managed to get 4 people in just over an hour... without planning. if we can organise ourselves, maybe we could get in 2 or even 3 rounds around this time.

yeah it's doable. not that easy though as we're spread out in all sorts of different timezones.Comment

with some organisation we should be able to do 3 - 4 rounds every organised hour.
we have managed this rate with 4 players in another pbem in a set session
and this early in the game is the best time to do it..
as we have so little to do

well, it seems at least 4 of us can play before GMT midnight.
i'm can be quite flexible, if we organise such hours.

ok so lets get a time table of best hours and find a common denominator.
Please leave your times, I will add them to this:
Paddy 0330 GMT to 2300 GMT - any 4 hours in this time
S.M. 2000 GMT to 0800 GMT
SabreW 1800 GMT to 0030 GMT - Except Fridays
C.M. 1900 to 2300 - any evening, most weekends any time.
