My apologies for the game being stopped.
I have upgraded from win 98 to win XP....
reinstalled civ and upgrades..... I have hit a snag...
civ just will not start... working hard to fix it.
Will accept help...!Comment

It should run fine in XP since it works for me. Only thing I can think of is to uninstall it and try again. Make sure your video drivers are up to date.Comment
