              • Let's be quite clear about this. Any foreign land unit not covered by a ROP and within Ottoman cultural borders will be taken as an act of war.

                Likewise if I send an Ottoman land unit into someone else's territory it means war.

                Just so there are no misunderstandings.

                            "within cultural borders" means what it says. The Ottoman warrior on a day excursion was very careful not to cross into Chinese territory. If it isn't within your borders it isn't yours. I also specifically mentioned land units. I don't have a problem with galleys passing through as long as they keep moving and there aren't too many of them.
