No, it wasn't back then , but you've been fishing for long enough now, time to give those sailors a rest and some time to spend with their families

He means my galley's who are (trying ;p ) to block him, hey, GF, you found a way, shouldn't be a problem to to find a way out

I'll move them, if the galley goes straight home (and doesn't come back) while trying to stay in international waters. How's that?

Why? You didn't like my actions and want me to do something else?

You know I don't have a problem so much with ships moving through my waters (as long as they keep moving) but this concept of invading my territory with ground troops deep in the heart of my cultural land is somewhat annoying...............
I am seriously considering viewing this as an open declaration of war.
@Ghengis
If you are referring to my warrior wandering about an island, not even your main continent, and who hasn't entered your cultural border then I suggest you think again if you want to have any cities left.
If, on the other hand, you are referring to someone else then attack the SOB!!!

Are you referring to the one IN THE MIDDLE OF FOUR OF MY CITIES?
There's no blockade, GF was exagerating just a tiny little bit

Are we about to see the first (border) conflict?
