I'm attacked by a ****load of regular barbarian Impis. For sure, alexman hid some surprises in this game . That's actually fun. I hope you all will be harassed by barbarian modern armor!

I am very pleased that the last settler needed for a city on my starting island is on his way so no barbarians to worry about there from now on.

It does make you wonder what else is waiting for us though.....?

I have told you I have found 10 barabarians - Jaguar warriors on an island of 10 tiles. Bu nobody paid attention to it. Maybe the UU disabled for us are granted for the barbs?
I can't imagine what will happen when immortals begin to appear. Glad the barbs can't take cities like in Civ 1.

If you really want to find out then there is a call for a temporary replacement in the As U Like It pbem. The barbarians in that game are Immortals and Keshiks!

and that game is crazy!

I know the map and am a bad substitution in the period of exploration. Thus I agreed to replace the player as last resort. Anyone else (except the other players) would be better.

I have also met some "funny" babarians... they were the Chartigans special unit, I think... (Numidian Mercenary)
