I do not remember this, but did I make a rule about razing/disbanding cities? If not, I would like to add one, at least for cities of size 7 and above. Is that ok with you guys?

• Amsterdam 44. Artillery barrage: HMS Naiad (CA) and HMS Coventry (CA) damaged.
• Carrier group in the North Sea. Naval bombardment missed, U-Boot lost.

Greece (Dutch AI):

• Athens. 2 SS Panzer attacks: 1 Infantry destroyed, 1 Flak destroyed.

USSR:

• Dnepropetrovsk 63. Artillery barrage: Guerilla damaged. 1 Panzer attack: 1 Guerilla destroyed.
• Rostov. III Armee Korps attacks: 2 Riflemen destroyed. 2 SS Panzer attacks: 1 Rifleman destroyed, 1 Infantry destroyed. 1 Panzer attack: 1 Rifleman destroyed, Rostov captured.
• Minsk 33. Aerial bombardment: Rifleman damaged. (just checking )

Sweden:

• Linkoping. Artillery barrage: units damaged. II SS Korps attacks: units destroyed.

Sorry, I didn't realise there was any rule about disbanding cities. As the first English player was planning to burn Germany if he captured it.

It was a size 4 city. I'm happy to introduce this rule. Seems fair enough.

If ok by you, let's make it size 4 and above. I think we should still be able to burn towns. Much like the Germans did in Norway during the war.

I think I used a rule like this in the WW I game (dead now ), as none of my posts for this WW II game indicate it.

Ok, since you have set precedent by disbanding that size 4 city, I suppose the new rule is: We do not raze/abandon cities of size 5 and above.

What do you mean by "summer"? We had a small snow storm here, just yesterday.

It's been a happy 30C down here, and I got my first killer sunburn of the summer the other weekend. Oh, the pain of summer.

The bad news is that I'm going to be away for January. (well good for me, bad for the game). I won't have a computer so I won't be able to play until early feb. I guess we're having trouble with replacements, so I might have to hold everyone up. However, I will definatly be back to play in feb.

Hopefully I can get another turn in before I go.
