Operation Wall of Pain !
Friends and Allies I am pleased to present this fresh from the American army core planners.....
This chart shows the narrowest section of the continent, it is here we propose to hold the enemy at arms length whilst we build up our forces for the inevitable offensive into enemy lands.
I suggest that each member of the alliance gathers his forces and takes up control of their zone, here we can build forward bases and fortify troops in barricaded fortresses, to completely bar all enemy troops from entering our countries overland !
This will undoubtedly attract enemy units like flies to a honeypot, and our combined artillery and air forces can smash the lot of em
This gentlemen is to American minds of the upmost strategic importance !!! we hope you concur.
in addition to this operation we believe all 3 allies should begin planning the colonisation of the many islands in the Japan Ocean, from theses bases we can control the waters as well as the landA proud member of the "Apolyton Story Writers Guild".There are many great stories at the Civ 3 stories forum, do yourself a favour and visit the forum. the jappa stacks have moved, as expected, but they bypassed my ANZAC Corp's and hit our units along the original fault line...

I have spoken with my Generals, my Air Marshalls, and the Admirals of the Grand Fleets. These plans have our complete support and approval.
Many thanks to our American friends.

One ammendment to the original plan has been called, the Dutch and Commonwealth zones should swap to enable both nations to gain a naval base access onto new waters ! America already has access to both Oceans, and as such should remain in the middle ground.....A proud member of the "Apolyton Story Writers Guild".There are many great stories at the Civ 3 stories forum, do yourself a favour and visit the forum. Thank you King Ruby for your brave endeavours on the high Seas, I believe we must establish naval supremacy in these waters to enable us to drive back the yellow peril !!!
America has a plan to colonise the islands off the Dutch coast to establish naval and air bases, to ensure the long term goals of this coalition, the complete and unconditional surrender of all Japaneses and Chinese forces.....
We must continue to press the enemy hard !!! King Ruby of the Dutch could you provide ariel shots showing the red zone where the bandits are operating ?, I have an explorer in the region and can easily form a forward airbase

FROM HELL TO THE SDFL
Part 1 The Draft.
Joey and Bobby were just seventeen when the draft come a looking for them, it was a balmy hot sunny Sunday afternoon, and the lads were licking the sugar from their fingers as they ate some of Joey's Momma's sweet home made Apple Pie.
Faintly on the the breeze blowing through the screens at the open windows an engine could be made out, getting clearer slowly but surely, Joey's Momma looked out over the Kitchen window cill and watched as the Mail Truck weaved this way and that, along the long dusty track leading up to the farm, in its wake a dust cloud wafting high to the heavens.
Mary Anne, Joey's Momma shed a little tear, she had a hunch it was going to be today, behind her the boys joked and laughed with each other, seemingly oblivious to what Joey's Momma had observed.
Her hunch had been correct, Joey's call up papers had arrived that day, that night Mary Anne wept Mothers tears, those only a Mother can weep, Her old man, Joey's Pa tried comforting her but to no avail, her heart was breaking.
Bobby too got home to find both his parents and his two younger brothers waiting with an envelope that had his name apon it.
"this arrived for you today Son!" Said Bobby's Dad.
His Momma ran upstairs in floods of tears, unable to hold back the emotion. "Son, Im mighty proud of you, you know that dont you ?"
"Yes Pa " said Bobby.
"Son promise me you will be careful, for your Momma's sake take care of yourself boy!"
"I promise Pa!" said Bobby, his Pa went upstairs to his wife, whilst the boys started asking Bobby loads of questions, they were young and full of adventure, they were so proud of their big brother who was going off to kill Japs and Chinamen.......
Within the week both families stood next to one another watching... waving... weeping as the train carrying Joey and Bobby drew slowly away from the station...Last edited by ChrisiusMaximus; May 12, 2006, 19:29.A proud member of the "Apolyton Story Writers Guild".There are many great stories at the Civ 3 stories forum, do yourself a favour and visit the forum.
