Okey Dokey, here we go...

20 Cannon open fire, manage to knock of 10 hps of Defenders of Nagasaki.
4 Cruisaders attack, all die with most defending Samurai getting promoted in the process.
15 Cavs attack killing just 4 Samuai with 11 casualties. (Lots of hps of defending Samuari though)
8 Longbows attack killing 1 injured Samuai & 1 Musket for 6 casualties.
5 Cavs kill 1 Musket & 3 Samuari, for 1 casualty.

Oh I forgot to mention that it was the annual Samurai convention in that city. You just had bad timing to show up then!

I think it becomes available today. Looking forward to it! I don't think I'll get a chance to try it out until Sunday evening though. I captain a mixed Netball team, and we won the league last season - prize giving and partying it tonight. Tomorrow I'm taking the Boys to the RAF Museum, and Sunday I'm watching the All Blacks play Wales. Maybe I'll get a chance on Saturday night.

I just about finished the first one....it looks to be a either a UN or cultural victory just beating a spaceship victory for the AI.

I didn't read the manual - just plunged in....and I'm a horrible player so far. I don't even understand all the detail in the advisor screens. The religion angle is one that I need to get up to speed on.

AI diplomacy is better.

Netball is very similar to Basketball except you can't dribble, don't have back boards, the hoop is smaller, and you are restricted to different parts of the court depending on what position you play. I've played basketball before and prefer netball. Also its great that guys and girls can play together. Keeps you fit anyway!

Sound interesting. I don't think that's played in the US -- at least that I'm aware of. I'm guessing basketball is pretty well ingrained here.
