  • Peace has been established between the Japanese and the Eygptians. They have apologized for such an antagonizing defense and poor judgment regarding city placement made 1000 years ago. The final straw was the audacity to threaten Japan with military wonders of the world.

      • You've got a great attitude. Yes, let's call it a "loan" if that makes you feel better.

                  • yes, the threats... well, you did attack my unarmed civilians hundreds of years ago. The Japanese don't forget such things so easily.

Thanks for the resend. Save back to you.

                    • But I didn't attack them. I only took them prisoner, and you got them back in the end.

                      • Many feelings were hurt in that incident. Many rice crops failed as pioneer farmers were ripped from their lands.

                        • I'll play the save in the parking lot of the bar before heading in "for a pint" It's happy hour. I got PMI Project Management Professional Certification in August and ran the company's study group which helped 10 people get their certification.

I'm starting up a second group this fall with 23 people.

                            • There is a PMI qualification over here too, but it doesn't have a very good reputation. I think the Brits tend to judge more on your experience and track record of project delivery.

Is it very time intensive running the study group?

                              Enjoy your pint!

That would be pints. I went through the drive thru of Wendy's got me a burger and fries...ahhhhh that feels good. I'm typing on my laptop in my car eating a burger. I feel like I'm in college again!

About PMI... yes there's that idea as well over here in the states regarding the certification. Experience is valued more as well. However, the US government is starting to require this certification as a qualification. A huge number of people have certified this year around the world with PMI. We will have to see how this goes.

I count the study group as part of my PMO organization's goals, so it takes some time to do it, but I don't mind. I do enjoy the process helping people achieve something they are aiming for.
