It was the Oktoberfest. It does run through into October but opened on Saturday.

I'm acking all over, still sweating beer, and are having trouble seeing the keyboard.

I am available Friday, Saturday until about 6pm and Sunday from about 10am.

When is everybody else available?

can't do saturday or satur-night as at a wedding, but I will be in the house all day sunday as i'm on-call for work..

I could do any night this week though from 4:30ish onwards.

I should be home from 5pm onwards as well, all week.

I can do Thursday evening and from 10am Sunday.
