Monarch.
Restless Barbs.

3 billion years old.

One thing. Since I'm the last in the turn order, my local setting for barbarians affects the game for all. I've got them reset to PTW behaviour, so they would be more dangerous, than in stock C3C. Is that ok, or should I be changing the setting each time I play this game?

I should add, that I keep the barb setting on purpose for another PBEM game with very vicious barbs.
