The most I can do is to let Maghrib out of the locked war against Spain because its influence on the balance, albeit real, is limited.
I agree Scotland has the funniest part if you liked tricky diplomacy. On the other hand it is in close contact with a powerful neighbor.
So let me know if it is still OK. I am eager for a full-house but don't want you to get to disappointed.
