New lands and HMS Beagle have been in port, but have now left York. They are now in the Northern Atlantic, with our scientists on board. I presume those are the "privateers" that have been spotted? I think I informed about this plan a while ago. Both ships are stationary.

You may, naturally, ask how many fleets Britain operates. However, we don't feel compelled to give you an answer.

Our sailors take time out between the squalls to relax on deck, the anchors have been set down and the routine of naval picket duty has set in.

Spain declares all waters directly outside of another nations sphere of ifluence to be international !! and reserves the right to travel freely through such waters when ever we choose!!

We are though quite happy to lay here just aways from the vessels of the Royal Navy, thus allowing Spain to foresee any dangers that may face her well before they could make landfall on our soil.

To our Russian friends, I dont quite see how you interpret that we were issuing orders to you! on the contrary we merely emphasised that Spain does not require your nation intervening in our affairs. We take great offence at your slur on our people as being second rate!!

Be warned my friend though we do not seek to deny your vessels passage through international waters we will destroy any vessels that tresspass into Spanish Sovereign Waters!! If you wish to test our resolve then continue to insult us and trespass at your peril!!

We find it hard to understand how a nation with whom we have a long history of trade and cooperation can now cast such disgraceful slurs upon us.

To our Spanish friends. We thank you for many trades that have strengthened the friendship and cooperation between our nations and made the Russian and the Spanish people very happy. We did not wish to insult you and we merely reacted to the tone of your message which we perceived as scornful. We would like to play down that past exchange as if it never happened. Russia's only aim was to inspect the situation in the Atlantic, near the Spanish coast as there were reports that pirate activity was on the rise in that area.
