Yup, we all got screwed.

France can train units with extremely high combat values, but they are very expensive. All units have different costs, based on their stats. Training those with lower combat values can take considerably less time.

I have just realised that French Cavalry has 8,4,2 stats while poor Russian Cossacks have 5,2,3.

Is this right?
